About: Iconic InterContinental Hotel Kansas City at the Plaza is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Barista to join their team. The Barista will be responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, preparing beverages, and ensuring service complies with brand standards and regulations. They will also handle guest payments, report any incidents, and maintain a high level of service quality and safety.
Requirements: High school education or related experience; familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred; ability to provide friendly guest service, comply with proper ordering, and follow food handling techniques; attention to detail and organizational skills; effective communication and problem-solving abilities; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet legal employment requirements
