Position: Barista in Training – Columbia University Locations
About: Joe Coffee Company, a specialty coffee house founded in 2003 by Jonathan Rubinstein, is seeking curious and committed baristas in training (BITs) to join their team. With a focus on providing high-quality, unique coffees and a welcoming space for the community, Joe Coffee has expanded to 20 cafes in New York and operates its own Roastery in Long Island City. Emphasizing professional training and development, Joe Coffee aims to deliver excellent coffee experiences with warm hospitality.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior coffee shop experience is desirable; prior experience serving guests; able to work a flexible schedule
