Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Experience: Six months in a customer service setting required; six months as a barista preferred. (Above requirements can be met by an equivalent combination of education and experience); Licensure/Certification: Cleveland County Food Handlers Permit required, must be obtained before beginning work in the coffee shop.
