Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred; strong focus on quality and customer service; ability to work in a fast-paced team environment; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; willingness to learn about coffee and tea; ability to handle physical tasks during the work shift
