Position: Barista FullPart Time
About: La Farm Bakery is seeking a dedicated and passionate Barista to join their team. The bakery emphasizes exceptional customer service and quality coffee offerings to create a welcoming environment for all patrons.
Requirements: Exceptional customer service skills and demonstrated sense of urgency to serve every customer; experience with customer service and/or food service preferred; passion for great coffee (must be able to drink coffee); experience with a manual espresso machine; ability to solve business-related problems quickly and efficiently; great relationship-building skills and demonstrated positive demeanor as a team player; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask; flexibility required: weekends required, holiday work required, two days off (not consecutive); high attention to detail; ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others; multilingual a plus
