Position: Barista – Full Time (Franklin)
About: FUTUREBEAN is seeking new crew members/baristas for our Franklin location. Two weeks of paid training will be provided to all crew members/baristas. Our highest priority is delivering each guest a beautiful experience through our product, hospitality, and shop ambiance. Barista/crew members are cross-trained to perform all food service positions including Guest Service, Drink Construction, Baking & Food Prep, and Facilities Upkeep (dishwashing, bussing, daily cleaning, etc.).
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a fast-paced environment preferred; ability to lift and carry 30 lbs; availability to work weekends; positive attitude; excellent attention to detail; effective communication and teamwork skills
