Position: Barista – Full-Time
About: The Hilton Waikiki Beach is looking for a Full-Time Barista/Counterperson in our M.A.C. To-Go outlet. This position serves food and beverage items to hotel and walk-in guests. Responsibilities include preparing customer beverages, handling cash, and attending to all duties involved in the operation of a coffee bar. Candidates may also serve alcoholic beverages and perform additional tasks as needed by management.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in coffee machine operation and knowledge of product line; ability to handle cash transactions and attend to guest needs efficiently with attention to cleanliness and inventory management; familiarity with maintaining equipment and adherence to sanitation guidelines; proactive, team-oriented, and customer-focused with a positive attitude
