Position: BARISTA (FULL-TIME)
About: Hyatt Regency Portland is seeking a Full-Time Market Barista to join their team. The hotel offers over 600 guest rooms, 16 suites, and extensive meeting space, providing a comfortable and convenient experience for travelers. Guests can enjoy breakfast at Bridgetown, coffee from Portland Coffee Roasters, pastries at The Market, and drinks at Spoke & Fork Bar. The hotel also features a 24-hour StayFit Gym and proximity to the Willamette River and Oregon Convention Center.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role preferred; full availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays; familiarity with operating a Point of Sale (POS) system advantageous; strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality beverages and customer experiences; ability to lift/push/pull a moderate amount of weight; must obtain an OLCC permit and Oregon Food Handlers Card by the first day of employment
