About: Now Brewing: barista, Experiential Coffee Bar – Siren Retail, Chicago Roastery. As a barista at our Experiential Coffee bar (XBAR), you will showcase your craft and coffee expertise. Being part of the Experiential Bar involves creating a multisensory experience in the art, science, and theater of coffee. This fast-paced environment encourages baristas to develop their passion for service and ability to work with a diverse team. The Experiential Bar looks to elevate the guest experience through Belonging, Joy, and craft as we create connections, one cup at a time.
Requirements: High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively; Ability to carry 35lb on a consistent basis; Experience in the service or entertainment industry (i.e. restaurant, bar, theater, or hospitality); Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language; Available to work flexible hours, which could include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
