Position: Barista – Evening shift
About: As a Barista at the hotel, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the Starbucks facilities and other areas of the Food and Beverage departments. Your responsibilities include preparing and serving beverages and food to guests, ensuring high standards of product quality and service to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Have a minimum of 6 months of Food & Beverage outlet customer services experience, including cash handling, preferably in a Barista role; possess exceptional customer service skills, a friendly and customer-centric attitude, and a professional appearance; ability to prepare beverages according to standard procedures, maintain cleanliness, respond to guest requests promptly, and perform pre and post-shift tasks efficiently.
