Requirements: Ability to enjoy learning, developing, growing, and changing with North Lime; ability to handle stress under pressure; ability to provide quality customer service; ability to learn and use technical equipment (e.g. espresso machine, coffee grinders, brewing equipment); ability to reconcile all cash and currency; willingness to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe working environment; ability to learn and use technology North Lime uses in store; ability to coordinate multiple activities with attention to detail; ability to work independently, with minimal supervision; personal access to a home phone, mobile phone or electronic mail is required; be accepting of all co-workers by treating them with respect and dignity
