Position: Barista/Donut Engineer
About: North Lime Coffee & Donuts is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in preparing and selling various hot and cold beverages, including donuts and baked goods. This position involves heavy customer interaction and a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; positive attitude towards the job; willingness to cooperate and contribute with team members and supervisors; ability to handle stress under pressure; strong customer service skills; willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and technologies; attention to detail and ability to work independently; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks; availability to work flexible hours, including peak business hours.
