Position: Barista – Counter Attendant – Aria
About: The Aria, part of MGM Resorts International, is seeking a Barista to join their team. As a Barista, you’ll play a crucial role in creating memorable guest experiences by crafting signature beverages, preparing quick-serve food items, and delivering exceptional service in a vibrant and dynamic environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of experience as a food handler in a similar, high-volume, fast-paced environment; experience as a barista in a coffeehouse setting; one year of guest service experience; cash handling experience with a point-of-sale (POS) system; detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently; availability to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays
