Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Previous experience as a barista is a plus; Genuine passion for coffee with knowledge of coffee bean origins, brewing techniques, and espresso-based beverages; Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor; Attention to detail and ability to ensure beverage preparation accuracy and consistency; Proficiency in processing payments and providing accurate change; Ability to work efficiently during peak hours and adapt to changing customer preferences; Capability to collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful setting; Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends
