Position: Barista / Cashier – Dine Boston – BOS Airport
About: The Coffee Beanery, dedicated to providing exceptional coffee and service, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Barista to join their team. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guests receive top-notch service for their food and beverage needs.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; food and beverage experience is preferred but not required; knowledge of math for cost calculation, change making, and cash handling; ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment with guests; strong communication skills and teamwork ability; willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends; excellent customer service skills and effective communication; self-starter with multitasking capabilities; adaptability to changing priorities and situations; proficiency in reading and writing; physical ability to lift 25 lbs, stand for extended periods, bend, reach, climb, and walk long distances
