Position: Barista/ Cashier
About: At Verve Coffee Roasters, the coffee experience is considered a responsibility from seed to cup. Coffee is their craft, ritual, and passion, driving and inspiring them. They bridge the gap from farm level to street level, seeking positive and energetic individuals with exceptional service skills and a keen interest in learning about coffee.
Requirements: Retail and/or customer service experience is preferred, coffee experience is a plus; Must maintain a current state-issued Food Handler Card; Must be 18 years or older; Able to multitask and handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment; Effective written and verbal communication skills; Inclusive, respectful, professional, and able to work collaboratively; Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; Part-time/full-time hours based on availability, including weekends and holidays; Hours flexibility based on business needs
