Position: Barista- Breakfast Club
About: At The Breakfast Club we are an influencer cafe where vloggers and social media stars come to socialize. Located right in the heart of Hollywood at 1600 Vine, The Breakfast Club will be at the forefront of influencer culture. The 7500 square foot restaurant will feature a fast casual breakfast restaurant, seating plan that can be booked in advance, and a small film studio for verified creators to use. Open daily from early morning until late-night, The Breakfast Club will be top of the list of places to visit for tourists experiencing Hollywood as well as a beacon for locals looking for a late-night bite, a leisurely brunch or a creative and vibrant spot to enjoy a meal and keep connected to their favorite social media platforms. The menu, created by iconic chef and restaurateur Jason Neroni of Rose Caf fame, and the cocktail menu crafted by the acclaimed mixologist from Bar Lab, elevate the entire restaurant experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Two (2) years related experience; Professional oral and written communication skills; Great organization and time management skills; Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations; Strong problem-solving skills; Ability to influence others and work in a team setting; Adaptability to changing business needs and conditions; Understanding of business acumen; Excellent attendance with schedule flexibility
