Position: Barista – Benne’s/Planters Inn

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; passion for coffee and willingness to learn various brewing methods and drink styles; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a friendly and customer-focused attitude; availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays; basic math skills for handling cash transactions; previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role preferred; TIPS certification preferred; ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects; 18+ years old or meet state requirements; experience in a high-volume environment advantageous; knowledge of craft cocktails and mixology beneficial.
