Requirements: Previous experience as a barista or in a similar guest-focused role is preferred; outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; basic math skills and cash handling experience; strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional beverages; availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; Physical requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and bend and reach to access equipment and supplies.
