Intelligentsia Coffee, Inc., located at 200 E Randolph St, Chicago, IL 60601, is seeking dedicated Private Coffeebar Baristas to join their team of coffee enthusiasts.
Requirements: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; experience in specialty coffee, retail, hospitality, and/or customer service industries; ability to maintain a pleasant disposition and sense of urgency with customers; passion for coffee and tea; capability to interface effectively with co-workers and guests; logical problem-solving skills; flexibility to multitask in a demanding environment; hospitality-oriented; teamwork mindset; effective communication skills; resourcefulness in answering questions; punctuality; strong cash handling skills if applicable; proficiency in reading and speaking English.
