Position: Barista and Gift Shop Attendant
About: The Navigators is seeking a part-time Barista/Gift Shop Attendant to serve The Navigators and contribute to advancing the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages in the cafe, and supporting the mission of Glen Eyrie and The Navigators.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of experience as a Barista or Retail preferred; strong time management skills with an emphasis on customer service; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Point of Sale software, and ability to learn new technology; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends
