About: As a Barista at Queen Mary Hotel – Union Payroll, you will play a crucial role in supporting the hotel’s financial goals by operating the Starbucks facilities and/or other Food and Beverage departments. You will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and/or food to guests, ensuring exceptional quality and service standards to maximize revenues and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Have a minimum of 6 months of F&B outlet customer services experience, including cash handling, preferably previous Barista experience; Be customer-centric, friendly, and positive in customer interactions; Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
