Position: Barista – Alhambra
About: 7 Leaves Cafe is a passionate community dedicated to enriching lives through authentically crafted beverages and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Founded in 2011, 7 Leaves Cafe has grown into a thriving chain with over 40 locations across the Southwestern United States. This position is for a Team Member role in the cafe’s establishment in CA.
Requirements: Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs; Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required; Capability of working collaboratively to meet store needs; Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude; Proficiency in basic math skills; Flexibility to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift; Capacity to learn quickly, carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed; Must be able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality; Capability to adhere to instructions provided by supervisor and management; Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals
