Position: Barista $17.10 PT
About: Evolution Hospitality, a lifestyle vertical at Aimbridge, is seeking a Barista to support the daily operations of the Starbucks facilities and other areas of the Food and Beverage departments. The role involves preparing and serving beverages and food to guests, maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maximizing revenues in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: Have a minimum of 6 months of F&B outlet customer services experience, including cash handling, preferably as a Barista. Be customer-centric, friendly, and exhibit a positive attitude when interacting with customers. Maintain a professional appearance at all times. Prepare beverages according to standard procedures, maintain clean work areas, respond to guest requests promptly, and perform pre and post-shift side work.
