Position: Barista – $15/hr
About: The Minneapolis Marriott Northwest All-Suite hotel is seeking a friendly and customer-centric Barista to join the team at their Starbucks facilities and/or other Food and Beverage departments. Requirements: Have a minimum of 6 months of F&B outlet customer services experience, including cash handling, preferably previous Barista experience; Be friendly, customer-centric, and possess a positive attitude; Provide a professional image through appearance and dress; Prepare and serve beverages and food to guests while ensuring high standards of product and service quality; Maintain clean and organized work areas; Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests; Perform pre and post-shift side work including stocking service areas
