Requirements: This position requires a work schedule for a Monday through Friday work environment. Corporate Dining industry is a fast-paced business, and certain peak times of the year are blackout periods for PTO (paid time off), e.g. year-end and peak catering months. This position requires experience in cash handling, beverage production, self-motivation, demanding accountability and a high degree of great customer relations skills. Passion for providing the ultimate in customer experience. The work schedule is weekdays but may require flexibility, availability on weekends and holidays by the client. Must possess strong basic math skills. 1 year of experience with hot beverage making to include coffee, tea, and other beverages made in a coffee bar environment. Must possess a valid Food Safety Certificate that is recognized by local authorities. Proficient knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems. Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Knowledge of food safety and food industry standards. Ability to cultivate working relationships with internal customers. Able to handle numerous tasks simultaneously while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Can easily adapt to change. Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills required. Bilingual English/Spanish (for verbal communication only). Highly flexible and analytical, proactive team player. Excellent knowledge of food and hygiene standards. Meticulous attention to detail.
