Position: Barback – The Delegate
About: The Delegate Restaurant is seeking a dedicated Barback to join their team. The Delegate is a restaurant that serves with a purpose, striving to maintain high standards of performance and service. Guests at The Delegate can enjoy a modern twist on classic cocktails and new American cuisine in a vibrant and welcoming environment, including a rooftop patio with an expansive view of the city. The Delegate is part of Thompson Hospitality, the nation’s largest minority-owned food and facilities management company, known for providing exceptional hospitality services and diverse dining experiences across various locations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a Barback is a plus but not required; strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment; excellent teamwork and communication skills; positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace; willingness to learn and adapt to the demands of the position
