Position: Barback – Sports & Social Bethesda
About: Sports & Social Bethesda is a unique sports bar and social lounge located in the Pike & Rose Development, offering a 7,700-square-foot space with multiple TV screens, an 18-foot LED display, a 2,000-square-foot outdoor patio, made-from-scratch menu items, curated cocktails, live music, special events, and a variety of interactive social games.
Requirements: Food service experience with general knowledge of bar/nightclub operations; must speak fluent English, other languages preferred; must be at least age 18 or older, depending on state regulations; communication skills are essential for interacting with guests, cooks, wait staff, and supervisors; alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local or state government agency; reading and writing abilities are necessary for taking orders, completing paperwork, etc.; mathematical skills, including basic math, are frequently used; may be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
