Position: Barback – Soho House Nashville
About: At Soho House, a trendy bar and restaurant located in an urban setting, is seeking a Barback to assist the bartenders in providing exceptional service to all guests. The Barback plays a key role in maintaining bar efficiency by ensuring all items are stocked and readily available for quick service delivery. This position involves cleaning the bar, preparing garnishes, restocking supplies, and supporting bartenders to ensure smooth bar operations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year working in F&B operation or eager to learn and deliver results; ability to understand and follow instructions; detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; basic verbal communication skills; ability to multitask and work well under pressure; must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands; must be able to work on feet for at least 8 hours; fast-paced movements required; must be able to move, pull, carry or lift at least 40 pounds; occasionally kneel, bend, crouch, and climb as required
