Position: Barback – Shubert Theatre
About: The Concessions Barback role at The Connecticut Association for the Performing Arts (CAPA) involves assisting Bartenders and other Concessions staff with event set up, tear down duties, and maintaining stock during events. Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older; Experience in guest relations or hospitality preferred; Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends; 21 years of age or older for alcohol service; Ability to do basic math quickly; Ability to obtain/maintain TIPS certification
