Position: Barback- Sazerac Bar (Part-Time)
About: Hilton Hotels is seeking a dedicated Beverage Server/Barback to join their team. As a Barback at Hilton, you will retrieve orders from the storeroom, visually check stock, reconcile written requisitions, prepare the bar, cut, slice and peel perishable garnishes and fruits, mix and pour juices, store back-up supplies, transport taps, replace and perform routine maintenance on beer kegs.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred
