Requirements: Food service experience with general knowledge of bar/nightclub operations; fluent English speaker, other languages preferred; minimum age 18 or older, depending on state regulations; strong communication and interpersonal skills; alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required; ability to handle physical demands of the job and work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
