Position: Barback – PBR Norfolk
About: Cowboy cool meets urban chic at PBR Norfolk, where the toughest sport on dirt is transformed into a stunning club offering beautiful decor, cold beer, hard drinks, and a touch of bull riding for every urban cowboy and cowgirl’s nighttime oasis.
Requirements: Food service experience with general knowledge of bar/nightclub operations; fluent English speaker, other languages preferred; minimum age requirement of 18 or older; excellent communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and supervisors; alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit as required; basic math and literacy skills; willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift items up to 200 pounds, move efficiently and safely around the facility, handle food and objects safely, and withstand varying climate changes in the work area.
