Position: Barback (Part-Time)
About: This position at a casino environment in Gila River provides ultimate hospitality for guests while ensuring compliance with all alcoholic beverage laws and regulations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience in a fast-paced, high-volume bar, restaurant, or nightclub is preferred; general knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits preferred; valid Gila River Environmental Health Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and other required compliance trainings; ability to perform the GILA WAY including greeting, interacting positively, active listening, and appreciating guests; excellent guest service skills and strong communication skills; in-depth knowledge of Enterprise Policies and Procedures and relevant regulations; must pass pre-employment Alcohol/Drug Test and background check
