Position: BARBACK – MIJO MODERN MEXICAN
About: An upscale fine dining establishment seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Barback/Bartender to join their dynamic team. The restaurant places a strong emphasis on providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment for guests to enjoy a high-quality dining experience.
Requirements: 2 years of experience as a barback and/or bar porter in a high-volume environment, or 6 months required in a fine dining establishment; good communication skills; ability to work in a high-stress, high-volume environment; knowledge of Spirits, Wine, and Food; physically able to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment up to 50 lbs; positive attitude and willingness to learn; proficiency in English; familiarity with social media platforms; ability to follow directions and make quick decisions
