Position: Barback, Kassi Beach House
About: Kassi Beach, a vibrant beachfront lounge, is currently seeking a dedicated Barback to assist in the smooth operation of the bar service, ensuring guests receive exceptional service and support. The role involves bussing, resetting the bar, running food and beverages, and engaging with patrons in a courteous and efficient manner, while also providing basic menu descriptions and recommendations to enhance their experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 21 years of age or older; valid Food Service Handler Card and TABC certification with a minimum validity of 6 months; ability to mix a wide variety of drinks; 1-2 years’ experience in a full-service restaurant or lounge preferred; flexibility to work varied shifts
