About: Casa Nela, a collection of European influenced Greenwich Village restaurants including Rosemary’s, Bobo, and Roey’s, is seeking Barback candidates with a passion for hospitality to join the team at Bobo in the West Village. The company is dedicated to providing amazing culinary experiences, spirited hospitality, and fostering community connections in the Village and beyond.
Requirements: Proven experience working in a high-volume restaurant (NYC experience preferred); Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks; Familiarity with industry’s best practices, including Department of Health standards; Availability to work weekends, nights, and some holidays; Positive attitude and willingness to work as a team to ensure the best guest experience every time.
