About: Upshift is a revolutionary mobile app that provides flexible shifts for various roles like Assembly, Hospitality, Packing, Bartending, and more, allowing individuals to choose their own hours and work on their terms.
Requirements: You should be able to keep the bar stocked, refill ice, change beer kegs, prep garnishes, collect empty glasses, and maintain a clean bar. Barbacks are expected to be on their feet the entire shift, have the ability to reach with hands and arms in any direction, kneel and stoop repeatedly, and have excellent vision and hearing due to the dynamic nature of the bar environment.
