About: Carver Road Hospitality introduced the company’s first concept in Winter 2021 at Resorts World Las Vegas. This reimagined casino steakhouse pays homage to mid-century modern classic nostalgia while incorporating contemporary design, technology, and techniques to offer a modern interpretation. The steakhouse features an expansive bar and lounge area, a main dining room floor, and a terrace with outdoor bar and dining overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. The menu includes dry-aged American steaks, Japanese-certified Wagyu steaks, and vegan selections, complemented by a curated wine list and a unique cocktail experience on the terrace. Various private event spaces are also available, enhancing the dining experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bar setting preferred; strong knowledge of bar supplies and procedures; ability to maintain cleanliness and organization; good physical condition for standing, lifting, and bending; flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
