This underground hideaway in Miami is filled with Polynesian artifacts, offering a rum-soaked menu of classic, modern, and original tropical cocktails alongside Polynesian-inspired bites.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; strong knowledge of stocking bar supplies, glass washing, and basic bar operations; ability to work varied hours and shifts including weekends; excellent communication and customer service skills
