About: A barback is an essential support role in a bar or nightclub, assisting bartenders and ensuring smooth operations behind the bar. The barback’s duties are focused on maintaining the bar area, keeping supplies stocked, and assisting with general tasks to ensure bartenders can focus on serving customers efficiently.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a barback or in a similar role preferred; knowledge of bar operations and bartending procedures; physical stamina to lift and carry heavy items; excellent organizational and communication skills
