About: The Nash Casino is a new venture set to open its doors in early 2025, offering a dynamic and exciting environment for team members. The Barback position plays a crucial role in maintaining bar operations and supporting Bartenders to deliver exceptional guest service in accordance with health and sanitation standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred; internal candidates must have at least six months in the current position with no active disciplinary actions; ability to work various shifts including day, swing, late-night, weekend, and holiday shifts; must be 21 years of age or older; must pass alcohol awareness and safety training, obtain certificates, and clear background checks
