About: The House Newport Beach, an exclusive members-only private bar and restaurant club in Newport Beach, is seeking experienced and proactive Barbacks to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in maintaining a clean and well-stocked bar environment while supporting the bartenders effectively. It also serves as a stepping stone towards becoming a bartender, emphasizing the understanding of bar operations and flow.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a barback preferred; proactive and attentive to the needs of the bar and team; ability to keep the bar clean, stocked, and assist bartenders efficiently; keen understanding of bar operations and flow
