Position: Barback job
About: Pins Mechanical Co is looking for a Barback to keep the bar cleaned, stocked, and organized to ensure guests receive quick and efficient service. The ideal candidate will support the 16-Bit bar team with a great sense of urgency, making it easy for Bartenders to deliver an unforgettable guest experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; positive attitude and excellent communication skills; ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, standing, and lifting heavy items for extended periods; available to work a flexible schedule that includes nights and weekends; must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs; ability to follow proper cleanliness and hygiene procedures; work with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
