Position: Barback job
About: We are looking for a Barback for our client located in Memphis, TN. The shift is 3pm – 11pm (may be later depending on business needs). Weekend and holiday availability required. Starting pay is $15 an hour. Previous experience is required. Bilingual is a plus. Responsibilities include restocking liquor bottles, changing out kegs, learning cocktail recipes, cleaning bar and table surfaces, removing trash bags, sweeping and mopping, assisting customers, bartenders, and stocking bar items. Ensuring appliances are working properly. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience as a Barback in a hotel, restaurant, or similar setting, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
