Position: Barback job
About: At Soho House, a restaurant located in New York, a Barback is responsible for assisting the bartenders in providing quality service to all guests. The Barback creates efficiency by ensuring all items are stocked and easily accessible for quick service. They clean the bar, prepare garnishes, stock beverages and other necessities, and support Bartenders to ensure smooth bar operations. A successful Barback at Soho House is knowledgeable about menu items and focused on providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements: 1+ year working in F&B operation or eager to learn and passionate; ability to understand and follow instructions; detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment; basic verbal communication skills; ability to multitask and work well under pressure
