Position: BARBACK job
About: This job is for a barback position at a venue in the hospitality industry. The barback will be responsible for stocking and re-stocking all bar inventories and supplies, assisting bartenders and cocktail servers, maintaining bar organization, and interacting with guests and colleagues in a courteous manner to ensure excellent guest service and hospitality.
Requirements: Company in-venue bar back training, Food Handling Certificate; Previous hospitality experience; Previous bar-backing experience; Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant/nightclub/lounge; Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time; Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; Role may include tasks requiring repetitive motion; Exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials; Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment; Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
