About: The Mather is a Life Plan Community in Tysons, Virginia, that defies expectations of what senior living is supposed to be. Opened in March 2024, The Mather includes independent living apartment homes, assisted living, memory support, and skilled nursing, along with multiple restaurants, a fitness center, art studio, gardens and more. Located at 7929 Westpark Drive, Tysons.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 3 years of experience as a bartender or mixologist; Inventory Management; Recipe and Menu creation; Knowledgeable in Point of Sale and Inventory Management Systems; English language proficiency. Preferred: Supervisor experience; Mixology or Bartending Certification
