Position: Barback job
About: Colony Grill is currently seeking a Beverage Server/Barback to join their team. As a Barback at Colony Grill, you will assist the bartender and manager with efficient bar setup, keep the bar stocked with liquor, glasses, napkins, and other necessary items, prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs, restock napkins and straws, maintain the cleanliness of the bar area, remove glassware, and organize all sections of the bar stations. This role involves coordination with managers, frontline team members, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred; ability to assist in bar setup and maintenance; knowledge of bar stocking procedures and equipment; strong communication and teamwork skills
