Position: Barback job
About: The Barback’s role at our establishment is to organize, stock, and maintain the general cleanliness of the bar area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment for the staff. This includes assisting bartenders and cocktail servers when necessary.
Requirements: Possesses in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus and the company; Properly sets up bar stations, performs side-work, and follows opening/closing procedures; Maintains inventory of bar supplies and alerts managers when supplies are low; Portrays a positive and professional attitude and appearance; Has 2+ years of previous fine dining experience; Demonstrates effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
